Cookie policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the public marketing website at www.casewelt.com (including the apex host when it serves the same pages). It does not describe cookies used inside the Casewelt product portals, identity provider or payment provider checkout pages after you leave this site.

2. Our approach

UK PECR and UK GDPR do not forbid cookies. They require that storage on your device is limited to what is needed for a service you request or for strict necessity, or that you are informed and can choose where consent is required.

On this website we use cookies and similar technologies where they are needed to operate the site securely and to remember privacy or accessibility choices you make. We currently do not run advertising, analytics, social, session-replay or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising tags. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Payment or identity cookies may appear if you follow a link to a payment provider or sign-in host; those are controlled by that provider under their own notices.

4. Third parties on this website

If you enable the accessibility tool, the browser loads script and assets from WelcomingWeb (cdn-01.welcomingweb.com). Widget configuration is requested through Casewelt’s same-origin path /ww-api/, which proxies to WelcomingWeb’s API. That tool may process technical data needed to deliver accessibility features. Review WelcomingWeb’s own documentation for their service; Casewelt remains controller for how the tool is offered on this site.

5. Your choices

Accessibility preference storage is on by default. Use Cookie preferences in the site footer (or the first-visit notice) to turn it off. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser. Disabling accessibility preferences removes the stored settings we can clear from this origin and stops loading the tool until you enable it again.

There is no “accept all tracking” control because we do not currently offer advertising or analytics trackers. Preference controls cover optional accessibility storage.

6. The Casewelt product

Signed-in Casewelt applications may use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security. Those are described with the service, not in this public-website policy.

7. Changes

If we introduce a new non-essential cookie or similar technology, we will update this page and obtain consent where PECR requires it before that technology runs.
